These terms explain how authorized staff and customers may use our order software and connected services. Your accepted quote, invoice and order terms continue to govern the goods and services you buy.
1. Who this agreement is for
This End-User License Agreement governs access to Logo Print Company’s quoting, order management, artwork review, invoicing, payment and accounting integration software, including its staff workspace and customer portal (the “App”). Logo Print Company, in Hornell, New York, operates the App.
The App supports Logo Print Company’s own business. It is available to authorized staff and to customers or representatives invited to review or manage their orders. It is not a general-purpose accounting service sold to other businesses. You must have authority to act for any person or organization you represent. A parent, guardian or authorized adult must handle transactions for a minor.
By using the App after being given access to this agreement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, contact us to arrange another way to review or manage your order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
2. Permission to use the App
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the features made available to you for legitimate business with Logo Print Company, subject to this agreement. You may keep copies of your own quotes, invoices and receipts. This permission does not transfer ownership of the App or grant access to other customers’ records or staff-only features.
You may not resell or sublicense the App, bypass access controls, use someone else’s credentials or private order link without permission, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, or collect other people’s information without authorization. Any restriction on copying or reverse engineering applies only to the extent permitted by law. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
3. Access and responsibility
Keep your sign-in details and private order links secure. A person with a working order link may be able to view that order and take the actions available on it. Share it only with people authorized to act for you, and tell us promptly if it was shared by mistake.
Provide accurate contact, order, shipping and tax-exemption information. Review quantities, sizes, artwork, prices, taxes, shipping and payment amounts before approving or paying. Staff must use accounting and payment connections only with the relevant account holder’s authority.
4. Orders, approvals and payments
This agreement concerns software access. Your accepted quote or invoice, applicable order terms and separate written agreements govern the purchase of printed goods and services, production timing, deposits, cancellations and refunds. This agreement does not introduce a new cancellation fee, change an existing refund agreement, or remove rights provided by law.
Review and approval apply to the revision and information displayed at the time of your action. A later change may require additional review or approval. Payment and approval are separate actions where the App presents them separately. A pending or failed payment is not a confirmed payment.
Card payments are handled through Stripe. Any applicable customer card fee is shown as part of the payment process. Connecting QuickBooks, viewing an invoice or accepting this agreement does not itself authorize a card charge. Saved payment methods, if offered, require the separate authorization shown for that feature and for the relevant payment.
5. Connected services and accounting
The App may use services such as Stripe for payments, QuickBooks Online for accounting, and shipping or hosting providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and availability. Logo Print Company is responsible for this App; Intuit does not provide or endorse it.
Only an authorized administrator may connect a QuickBooks company. The connection allows the App to read company and accounting records and, when export features are enabled and configured, submit the supported sales-related records. Administrators must review company selection, customer matches, accounts, items, tax treatment, dates and export results.
Accounting preparation or an export status is not professional tax, legal or accounting advice and does not guarantee a complete tax return or correct reporting treatment. Provider outages, changed source records and configuration problems may delay or prevent an export. The business remains responsible for reviewing its books and correcting errors.
An administrator can stop the App’s QuickBooks access using Settings → QuickBooks → Disconnect locally and can revoke the connection in Intuit. Disconnection does not delete previously exported transactions or the App’s retained business and audit records.
6. Your artwork and other content
You retain the rights you already hold in artwork, logos, names and other materials you provide. You grant Logo Print Company permission to store, display, reproduce and share that material with the people and service providers needed to quote, proof, produce, fulfill and support your order. This permission does not give us a general right to sell your artwork or use it in advertising.
You must have the necessary permission to submit and use the material, including permission for third-party logos and personal information. Rights in artwork or digitizing created by Logo Print Company are governed by the applicable order or a separate agreement; this software agreement does not resolve or change those ownership arrangements.
7. Availability, changes and limitations
We may maintain, update, restrict or discontinue features and may suspend access to address misuse, security concerns or loss of authorization. Tell us if you find an incorrect record or a technical problem so we can investigate. Contact the shop if the App is unavailable and you need order assistance.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, Logo Print Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software. These provisions do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, and do not change your rights concerning purchased goods or services.
8. Ending access
You may stop using the App at any time and contact us for help with your records. We may revoke a link or account permission when it is no longer needed or when these terms are violated. Ending software access does not cancel an order, erase a payment obligation, issue a refund, or automatically delete records. Retention and privacy requests are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
9. Updates and applicable law
We will identify changes by updating the date and version on this page. Material changes will be brought to affected users’ attention through the App or another appropriate communication before they take effect, with additional agreement obtained where required. Changes do not retroactively alter accepted order terms.
New York law governs this agreement, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives a right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
