Logo Print Company software

Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026 · Version 1.0

We use information to manage your orders, artwork, payments, delivery and sales records. This policy explains the information involved, the services that help us, and how to contact us about your privacy.

1. Scope and operator

Logo Print Company, in Hornell, New York, operates the quoting, order management, artwork review, invoicing, payment and accounting integration software described here (the “App”). This policy covers information handled through our staff workspace, customer portal and connected App features.

Separate InkSoft stores, third-party websites and provider accounts may have additional privacy notices. This policy describes our App and does not replace those providers’ notices or claim to describe every separate shop system.

2. Information the App handles

We receive information from you, authorized representatives, our staff, business records imported into the App and connected services. Please provide only information relevant to your order. Do not put card numbers, card security codes, passwords, Social Security numbers or sensitive medical information in comments, artwork or ordinary uploads.

3. How we use information

We use information to prepare quotes, maintain customer and order records, review and produce artwork, record approvals, process and record authorized payments and refunds, arrange pickup or shipping, determine applicable order tax, support customers and maintain sales accounting records. We also use it to operate and troubleshoot the App, protect access, investigate errors or disputes, prevent duplicate transactions and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information collected through the App. The App does not include advertising pixels or use its customer or QuickBooks data for targeted advertising.

4. Who receives information

Information may be available to authorized Logo Print Company personnel and advisers who need it for the work described above, and to the providers that support the relevant feature:

We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, address fraud or security incidents, or resolve a dispute. A business transfer may involve relevant records, subject to applicable law and the protections described in this policy.

Providers may process some information under their own privacy notices and account terms. Their infrastructure may process information in the United States or other countries; we do not represent that all App information is stored in one country.

5. Card information

The App’s card-entry features send card details to Stripe through Stripe’s payment components or hosted checkout. The App’s intended payment flow does not store full card numbers or card security codes in Logo Print Company’s application database. It retains transaction references, amounts, status and limited payment details needed for receipts, support and accounting.

If a saved-payment option is made available, Stripe stores the payment method. Saving a method or using this App is not blanket permission for future charges; the relevant payment authorization still applies. Do not email card details or include them in order notes.

6. QuickBooks authorization and disconnection

QuickBooks access begins when an authorized administrator completes Intuit’s connection process. The App uses that connection for the sales-accounting features the business configures, including reading company catalogs and verifying supported invoices, deposits, payments, customer fees, refunds, credits and cancellation adjustments. It can send supported accounting records when those export features are enabled. It does not use the accounting connection to initiate a card charge.

Intuit passwords are entered with Intuit, not stored by the App. QuickBooks client secrets and access/refresh tokens are encrypted in the App’s server-side storage. The App retains company identifiers, mappings and history to support review and duplicate prevention.

To stop future App access, an administrator can choose Settings → QuickBooks → Disconnect locally, which clears the stored connection tokens and pauses that connection. The administrator can also revoke the App in Intuit. Neither action automatically deletes records already exported to QuickBooks, imported catalogs, mappings, or retained transaction and audit history. Contact us about those records separately.

7. Cookies, browser storage and private links

The App and its hosting or payment services use cookies or similar mechanisms for sign-in, connection authorization, security and payment functions. The staff workspace also uses browser storage for a display preference such as light or dark mode. Disabling these mechanisms may prevent features from working.

Customer order links are private access links. Anyone you give a working link to may be able to see that order and use its available actions. Send it only to authorized people. If a link is exposed, contact us so we can revoke or replace it.

8. Retention and deletion requests

The App retains business records, uploaded artwork, approvals, payment and refund history, accounting references and audit history to support orders, repeat work, bookkeeping, disputes and legal obligations. Cancelling an order, disconnecting an integration or revoking a customer link does not automatically erase that history. The App does not currently perform a general automatic purge of these records.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We review requests individually, verify identity or authority as appropriate, and determine what can be provided, corrected or removed. We may need to retain records required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, a dispute or another legitimate legal or business purpose; some corrections are recorded as an additional entry rather than by removing the original financial history. We will explain relevant limitations when responding and comply with applicable privacy rights.

Information held independently by Stripe, Intuit or another provider is also subject to that provider’s retention rules. Removing an App record does not by itself remove the provider’s copy.

9. Security

The App uses HTTPS connections, restricted staff access, revocable and expiring customer links, and server-side checks on permitted actions. QuickBooks secrets and tokens are encrypted as described above. These measures reduce risk, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your own accounts and devices, and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

10. Your choices and children’s information

You can contact the shop to manage an order without using the portal, request an updated private link, or ask about your information. Withholding information needed to quote, produce, ship or account for an order may limit the services we can provide. Order-related communications may still be necessary to complete a transaction; contact us to discuss communication preferences.

The App is intended for adults conducting business with Logo Print Company and is not directed to children under 13. A parent, guardian, school or other authorized adult may supply names or personalization needed for a legitimate order. Please avoid unnecessary information about children. If you believe a child supplied information directly without appropriate involvement, contact us so we can review it.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update the date and version when this policy changes. Material changes will be brought to affected users’ attention through the App or another appropriate communication, and we will obtain any additional consent required by law. Contact us with questions or privacy requests using the details below.
